We plant. You grow.

A sales system your team can actually run.

We find where leads stall, follow-up slips, and pipeline visibility breaks down. Then we build the systems your team needs to fix it.

Manufacturing experience

What Chris's manufacturing outreach produced.

Before BloomBound, Chris built prospect lists and wrote the emails behind more than $12 million in manufacturing quotes and $4 million in purchase orders. He still does that work. Today, he also builds what happens after someone replies: CRM structure, automated follow-up, pipeline reporting, and a clear owner for every next step.

Our promises

The BloomBound Charter.

Most sales builds do not fail technically. They fail because the team stops trusting them and quietly goes back to the spreadsheet. Every promise below is a defense against that, and each one comes with a question you can ask us at any point in the engagement.

01

People decide. AI drafts.

Hiring, firing, pricing for a specific customer, disqualifying a lead, resolving a complaint. A named person on your team owns every one of those calls, so when a customer asks why something happened you have a real answer from a real person.

Ask us any time"Which decisions does this system make on its own?"

02

Every system has a name on it.

Eighteen months from now something will fire in a way that surprises you, and someone on your team will open the documentation and tell you exactly why. Every workflow has a named owner and a written explanation, with no logic hidden anywhere in it. That is what keeps a system running after the people who built it move on.

Ask us any time"Who owns this one, and where is it written down?"

03

We tell you what not to automate.

Discovery calls, apologies, the conversation with a customer who is about to leave. During the Diagnostic we map the moments that need a person in them and recommend you keep one there, even where automating would be easy and would pay us more. They come back to you on a list, with the reason written next to each one.

Ask us any time"What did you decide to leave alone, and why?"

04

Machines never pretend to be people.

Every message that goes out under one of your people's names has been read by that person first. AI does the research and writes the first draft. Nobody on the receiving end is deceived about who they are talking to. In a market where your reputation is your pipeline, this is the part you cannot get back once it is gone.

Ask us any time"Show me the last ten sends and who approved each one."

05

Your team gets stronger.

Training and documentation are written into the contract. When we finish, your team runs the system and changes it without calling us.

Ask us any time"Could my team rebuild this without you?"

06

We choose our tools with a conscience.

We look at how a vendor handles your data, how it treats its own people, whether it will still exist in three years, and what it costs. Every account is opened in your name on your card from day one, so if we chose a tool badly you can leave it without asking our permission.

Ask us any time"Why this tool over the cheaper one?"

We tithe 10% of revenue to organizations serving the vulnerable and marginalized in our community.

What we build

What we build around a live deal.

A prospect has to find you, reply, reach the right person, get a useful meeting, and hear from you again. We build the parts your team is missing, document them, and train your team to run them.

Pick a stage of the deal to see what we build there

01

Outbound System

We find the right prospects, learn what actually matters to them, and write outreach that earns a reply. A person signs off on every message before it sends.

What your team gets
  • A researched list that matches who actually buys from you
  • Prospect research agents that learn the account before you write
  • Drafted outreach waiting for review, with the reasoning attached
  • Sending infrastructure, deliverability, and warmed domains
Before they know you  ·  01

Outbound System

We find the right prospects, learn what actually matters to them, and write outreach that earns a reply.

When a lead arrives  ·  02

Lead Routing

Inbound forms, RFQs, and replies get scored for fit and routed to the right person the moment they land, so the best ones reach a human first.

Before the call  ·  03

Meeting Prep

Before every call, a full brief lands: who your team is meeting, what the company is dealing with right now, and where the real opportunity sits.

After the call  ·  04

Follow-Up

After every call, a tailored follow-up is drafted while the conversation is still warm.

Across every deal  ·  05

Pipeline Clarity

CRM data, outbound activity, meeting history, and funnel signals pulled into one clean view, so you always know where deals stand, what is moving, and where your attention belongs this week.

Running underneath  ·  06

Content Engine

We turn the long-form video, recorded calls, and unshipped drafts you already have into a steady LinkedIn presence, so prospects recognize your name by the time your outreach lands.

Before the six  ·  Foundation

We fix the ground first

Systems built on a CRM nobody trusts inherit the mess. If the Diagnostic finds duplicate accounts, dead contacts, or stages your team quietly ignores, we clean that up before we build anything on top of it. Sometimes the honest answer is that a week of cleanup beats a month of automation.

After the six  ·  Handoff

Then we hand you the keys

Every build ends with the Field Guide: the architecture, every prompt annotated, runbooks for when something breaks, and training until your team can run it without us. This is the part that makes it yours rather than rented.

The stack

We build on the stack you already have. If your CRM works, we keep it and build around it. We add a tool only when there is a job nothing you own can do, and we tell you which job it is before we add it.

The Motion Map

The five things we score.

Every sales motion we audit gets read the same way, so the answer is a measurement rather than an opinion. Each category has a system behind it, so a weak score points at something we can actually build. The free Scorecard rates all five in three minutes.

Who we work with

Who we take on,
and who we turn away.

Our deepest experience is in manufacturing, where a researched list and disciplined follow-up can turn into meaningful quoted work. We also work with small B2B service teams facing the same sales-motion problems.

+We work best with

A good fit looks like this

  • You sell B2B, whether you make a product or provide a service
  • Somewhere between 2 and 50 people, with at least one person who owns sales
  • Revenue is real but growth has gotten inconsistent
  • A deal is worth enough that one more per quarter matters
  • Someone can answer questions during the build, roughly an hour a week
  • You want to own the systems when we are done

Founder, sales leader, or owner. The title matters less than whether the motion currently depends on who has bandwidth that week.

Usually not a fit

We will tell you upfront

  • You want volume above all else, or 10,000 sends a week
  • You want bots that pose as people, or AI that closes without a human
  • Nobody owns sales, so there is no motion to rebuild yet
  • You are pre-revenue and still searching for the offer
  • You want us to run it forever rather than hand it over
  • Your Scorecard came back Strong across all five categories

That last one is real. If your motion is already in good shape, we will say so and you should keep your money.

Our roots

My grandfather built
things that grew.

Fred Nelis Sr. was my grandfather. He ran the tulip farm in Holland, Michigan, with his father, Harry, and he never treated that as a finish line. He helped start Nelis' Dutch Village alongside his brother, whose family still runs it today.

He knew what it costs to build something from nothing. It is the same effort you put into your business every day. My job is to take some of the weight off it, so what you are building can grow past the hours you personally pour into it.
