We plant. You grow.
Fred Nelis Sr. was my grandfather. He ran the tulip farm in Holland, Michigan, with his father, Harry, and he never treated that as a finish line. He saw an opportunity, built something from scratch, and then put in the work to make it grow.
He helped start Nelis' Dutch Village alongside his brother, whose family still runs it today. What began as a bulb farm became a place people drive hours to visit.
That is the part of the legacy I carry, and it is why this company is named BloomBound. The name is his: the tulips, the patience, the idea that you plant something and then do the work while nothing appears to be happening.
He knew what it costs to build something from nothing. It is the same effort you put into your business every day. My job is to take some of the weight off it, so what you are building can grow past the hours you personally pour into it.
Chris Grote | Founder, BloomBound

I didn't grow up farming tulips. I grew up in Holland, surrounded by a culture that values hard work, patience, and things made to last. The teams we work with are doing what my grandfather did: building something from nothing, with their own hands.
BloomBound is a boutique by design. When you hire us, I do the work. The person who audits your sales motion is the person who builds the systems that fix it. We do the research, plant the right conversations, and tend them with care, so what you build can grow without needing all of you to keep it alive.
Tell us about your team and your sales motion. We'll come back with a plan, a scope, and a realistic timeline.
We tithe 10% of revenue to organizations serving the vulnerable and marginalized in our community.
