BloomBound ("we," "our," or "us") helps B2B companies generate qualified meetings through researched, personalized outreach. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.

Information from website visitors

We do not currently use cookies, analytics tools, or tracking scripts on bloombound.co. We do not collect personal information from visitors who simply browse the site. If you click through to our scheduling tool (Cal.com) to book a call, that tool collects information separately under its own privacy policy.

Information about business prospects

In the course of running outreach for our clients, we collect publicly available business contact information about decision-makers at companies that fit our clients' ideal customer profiles. This includes things like name, job title, employer, public business email, and signals about the company (funding events, hiring activity, tech stack, public news). All sources are public.

How we use prospect information

We use this information to:

• Research whether a prospect is a good fit for our client's offer
• Send personalized outreach via email or LinkedIn on behalf of our client
• Record replies, meetings, and outcomes in our client's CRM (typically HubSpot)
• Suppress prospects who opt out from future outreach

Use of AI tools

We may use third-party AI tools (including large language model providers) to assist with prospect research, message drafting, and reply handling. These tools process information on our behalf under their own privacy and security commitments, and we do not use prospect information to train any public model.

We use third-party tools to run our work, including HubSpot (CRM), Cal.com (scheduling), and email infrastructure providers. These providers process information on our behalf under their own privacy and security commitments.

Your rights and opt-out

If you receive outreach from us and don't want to be contacted again, you can reply with "unsubscribe" to any message, use the unsubscribe link if one is included, or email us at chris@bloombound.co. We will remove you from active outreach and add you to a permanent suppression list so you don't get contacted again, regardless of which client we're working for.

If you want to know what information we have about you, want us to correct it, or want it deleted entirely, email chris@bloombound.co and we will respond within 30 days. Residents of California, the EU, and the UK have additional rights under CCPA and GDPR; those same requests apply.

Data retention

We keep prospect records only as long as they're useful for active or recent outreach campaigns, plus a permanent suppression list for opt-outs so we don't accidentally re-contact someone who has asked us to stop.

Security

We use reputable service providers with industry-standard security practices, and we limit access to prospect data to people who need it to do their work.

Children

This is a B2B service. We do not knowingly collect information about anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top will reflect the most recent change.
